• Alongside his extensive experience with large business entities in the area of collective and individual labor law, he advises entrepreneurs on key issues related to investment, contract negotiation and current business operations in the automotive sector and B2B in particular.
• In cooperation with the team, he successfully pioneered the merger of two clinical hospitals under the act on medical activity. He provides comprehensive legal services to hospitals.
• He represents clients in court proceedings and arbitration, including arbitration before the Public Procurement Office. He also supports contracting authorities and tenderers in the process of organization and conduct of procurement procedures.
• Advises on acquisitions, mergers and transformations of commercial entities as well as on the purchase-sale transactions of companies, enterprises or their organized parts.
• Represents his clients in compensation and general damages cases.
• A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration, the University of Silesia in Katowice.
